The "huge ugly shelby signature" is likely his actual signature directly on the airbag cover. I'm speculating here, but I imagine he'd sign glovebox doors, sun visors, & airbag covers at car shows. People buy & sell them, and you can ship your airbag cover to the Carroll Shelby Foundation and have a simulated signature put on it .

Yeah and its stupid. I know who shelby is and that car is a shelby but why would I want his signature on my dash? I dont get why its important to people.
